Nestled on the outskirts of Charlotte, NC, I’ve built my life and career alongside my beautiful wife in this bustling corner of the Southeast.

My journey in the digital realm spans over two decades (2001-2022) as a freelance web professional, where I’ve had the privilege of bringing creative visions to life for an incredible roster of clients – many of whom I still collaborate with today.

What began as a passion for design – crafting everything from print materials and logos to digital illustrations – naturally evolved into a deeper technical pursuit. I found myself diving headfirst into frontend development, then backend technologies, ultimately emerging as what I’d call an unconventional full-stack Python/Django developer. What sets me apart is my rather unique combination: professional-grade design and illustration capabilities merged with comprehensive development skills.

These days, you’ll find me architecting conference management tools at NANOG, while still keeping my creative fires burning with select freelance projects that catch my interest.
